This Privacy Notice for Syntropy AI LLC (doing business as Baseball Uncles Bar) (“we,” “us,” or “our”), describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share (“process”) your personal information when you use our services (“Services”), including when you:

• Create an account, purchase a product or subscription, or otherwise transact with us

One company, more than one title. Syntropy AI LLC publishes under the umbrella name Nomad Uncle Multiverse, which currently includes Baseball Uncles Bar (baseballunclesbar.com) and Rogue AI Uncle (rogueaiuncle.com). Our titles share a single account, login, and billing system, so the account you create on one site also works on the other, and we hold your account, subscription, and support records in one place across all of them. This notice describes how we handle that information wherever it was collected. Your receipts and card statement may show the name Nomad Uncle Multiverse or NOMAD UNCLE MULTIVERSE.

Personal information you disclose to us

In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following:

• usernames
• passwords

Sensitive Information. We do not process special categories of data such as racial or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, or religious beliefs. We do process account log-in credentials, which may be considered sensitive personal information under certain US state laws. We use this information solely to provide, secure, and administer the Services, and we do not use or disclose it for any purpose other than those permitted by applicable law.

Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you choose to make purchases. All payment card details are collected and stored directly by our payment processor, Stripe, and we do not receive or store your full card number or security code. We receive only limited transaction information, such as the last four digits of your card, the transaction amount, and its status. Information collected automatically. Some information is collected automatically when you visit the Services, both by us and by the providers who host our sites and deliver our pages, videos, and emails. This includes your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, language setting, the page that referred you, the pages and files you request, the date and time of each request, and error and diagnostic logs. We also receive aggregated statistics about how our emails and videos are used, such as whether an email was opened or a link was clicked, and how much of a video was watched. We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services and to understand which content people find useful. We do not use it to build advertising profiles and we do not sell it.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. 4. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

In Short: We may share information in specific situations described in this section and/or with the following categories of third parties.

Vendors, Consultants, and Other Third-Party Service Providers. We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents (“third parties”) who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. We have contracts in place with our third parties, which are designed to help safeguard your personal information. This means that they cannot do anything with your personal information unless we have instructed them to do it. They will also not share your personal information with any organization apart from us. They also commit to protect the data they hold on our behalf and to retain it for the period we instruct.

The service providers we currently rely on, and what each of them handles, are set out below. This list may change as our tools change.

• Outseta — accounts and login, subscription and billing records, our newsletter and transactional email, and support conversations.
• Stripe — payment processing. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and we never receive or store your full card number. See https://stripe.com/privacy.
• Kinsta and Framer — website hosting for our titles, including server, performance, and security logs.
• Bunny.net — content delivery and video streaming, including delivery logs.
• Google (Google Workspace and Gmail for our business email; YouTube for embedded video players). Where a YouTube player is embedded in a page, Google may set cookies and receive information about your visit under its own privacy policy.
• n8n — the automation tool we use to connect the services above, for example to trigger a welcome email after you sign up.

We may also disclose personal information to our professional advisers, such as our accountants and lawyers, and to law enforcement, regulators, or courts where we are legally required or permitted to do so.

Across our own titles. Because Baseball Uncles Bar and Rogue AI Uncle are operated by the same company on one account and billing system, your account, subscription, and support information is available to us across both. That is internal use by a single controller, not a sale and not a disclosure to a third party.

We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not buy personal information from data brokers.

We also may need to share your personal information in the following situations:

• Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

5. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

In Short: We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store your information.

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to gather information when you interact with our Services. Some online tracking technologies help us maintain the security of our Services and your account, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save your preferences, and assist with basic site functions.

We do not currently use any website analytics product, and we use no advertising or profiling cookies. We do not use online tracking technologies for targeted advertising, we do not permit third parties to use them on the Services to build advertising profiles about you, and we do not sell or share information collected through cookies. The only cookies we set ourselves are the ones needed to run the site and keep you logged in. If we add an analytics product in future, we will update this notice before we do.

The cookies we depend on most are the ones set by our membership platform, Outseta, which keep you logged in and record which plan you are on. If you block those cookies you will not be able to log in or view subscriber content. Where a page embeds a third-party player, such as a YouTube video, that provider may set its own cookies when the player loads.

Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can set your browser to remove or reject cookies at any time. If you choose to remove or reject cookies, this could affect certain features or services of our Services. 6. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

In Short: We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own.

We operate our Services from the United States, and our hosting and service providers may store or process data in the United States and in other countries in which they operate. Regardless of your location, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored by, and processed by us in our facilities and in the facilities of the third parties with whom we may share your personal information (see “WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?” above), including facilities in the United States, and other countries.

If you are a resident in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), or Switzerland, then these countries may not necessarily have data protection laws or other similar laws as comprehensive as those in your country. However, we will take all necessary measures to protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Notice and applicable law.

European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses:

Where our service providers transfer personal information out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on the transfer safeguards those providers have put in place under their data processing agreements with us. These include the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable, which require the recipient to protect personal information originating in the EEA or the UK in line with European data protection law. Further details of the safeguards that apply to a particular provider can be provided on request.

7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). In general we keep account information for as long as you have an account with us, and for a short period afterwards in case you return or a dispute arises. We keep records of payments, invoices, refunds, and tax documents for as long as tax, accounting, and company law require, which is longer than the life of your account. We also keep a minimal record of unsubscribe and deletion requests so that we can continue to honor them.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

8. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

9. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. 10. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

You will then be removed from the marketing lists. 11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.
